Conference Transportation | Every Schedule, One Coordinator.
Conference transportation runs on several schedules at once. Attendees arrive across the morning, a shuttle loops between the hotel and the venue, and the leadership dinner starts before the last session ends.
Tess plans every one of them from the same event plan. You brief one person, and that person keeps the schedules connected for you.
Convention Transportation in Kansas City | The Venue Is Only One Stop in the Plan
A convention at the Kansas City Convention Center or Bartle Hall looks like a single destination. In practice it is attendees spread across three hotels, a board dinner across town and departures staggered through the day.
Tess plans the venue as one stop inside that larger itinerary and sequences the hotel pickups, off-site dinners and airport runs around it.
Corporate Event Transportation Services | However Many Vehicles Your Event Needs.
Tess owns its chauffeured fleet, from executive sedans and SUVs to the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, and matches the vehicles to the people riding together. When the event needs more capacity than that, Tess brings in vetted partner vehicles.
Those partner vehicles are coordinated through Tess and run on the same event plan.
Corporate Event Transportation | No attendee calls you from a hotel lobby, asking where their ride is.
Most events run off schedule somewhere, whether it is a session that runs long, a dinner reservation that moves or a key attendee's flight landing forty minutes late.
Tess works from live flight and schedule information, re-times the vehicle plan and updates the people who need to know.
A few things worth knowing before you book with Tess
Where will the chauffeur meet passengers at the venue?
Meeting points are set by the event plan, not a fixed rule. Tess plans each pickup around the venue, the hotels in the itinerary and the current schedule.
The designated contact has the confirmed plan before the day starts.
What happens when the event schedule changes during the day?
Call Tess when the change starts on your side, such as a session running over or a dinner moving. Tess answers around the clock, so the change reaches someone whatever the hour.
Only the rides that change affects are re-timed. The rest of the plan stays as booked.
Can Tess handle a group that needs more than one vehicle?
Yes. Give Tess the headcount for each part of the event, and Tess works out the vehicle mix with you from there.
If you already know which vehicles you want, start there. If not, you do not need to know before you call.
How far in advance should event transportation be booked?
Book once the event plan is firm, including venues, hotels and the attendee schedule. Earlier notice gives Tess more room to coordinate the right vehicles and passenger details around the full itinerary.
A submitted request is not a confirmed reservation, so waiting for Tess confirmation is part of the plan.
