There’s no need to tip your chauffeur. We take great care of our drivers so you don’t have to. Wherever you’re riding, and whatever the occasion, you’ll receive the same attentive, professional service without any added pressure. That said, if you ever feel inclined to offer something extra, your gesture will always be appreciated, but never expected.
Yes. Rides scheduled between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM include an early/late fee. This compensates chauffeurs for working difficult hours and reflects current market standards.
Absolutely. We are a 24/7 operation, and last-minute bookings or changes are a normal part of our workflow. We’ve even arranged SUVs within two hours in cities like New York from our Kansas City base — don’t hesitate to reach out.
Sedan Cancel more than 2 hours before pickup for a full refund.
SUV Cancel more than 6 hours before pickup for a full refund.
Large or high-traffic events: Require 72 hours’ notice for full refund.
We do not charge cancellation fees.
Our vehicles are no more than 2 years old black interior and exterior, Cadillac XT6, Luxury full size SUV and executive Sprinter
Always clean and well maintained.
Yes. If you’ve worked with us before, we’ll gladly assign your preferred chauffeur when available.
A credit card is required to secure all reservations, but we do not charge until service is complete. For corporate clients, we offer monthly billing, payable via credit card or direct bank transfer.
Yes. We offer direct login access for executive assistants, booking agents, and travel managers. Invoices and receipts can be customized to fit your internal process.
Yes. Wi-Fi is available upon request in most vehicles.
We offer booster seats upon request, but we do not currently provide full child safety seats.
