Corporate & Executive Transportation in Kansas City

The transportation has to work for two people at once. The passenger making the trip. And the person responsible for arranging it.
Corporate transportation in Kansas City runs through a full day of meetings, meals and stops that move, often booked by someone who isn’t in the car. The passenger needs the ride to keep up with their schedule. The arranger needs to know it’s handled without checking on every pickup.
If you’re booking your own ride, you’re both of those people.
Executive Transportation in Kansas City | When Your Schedule Moves, Your Ride Moves With It.
The easy part is following the itinerary you sent. The service matters when that itinerary stops being current.
Corporate travel is one connected plan, not a stack of separate pickups. When one part changes, the transportation has to move with the rest of the day.
Tess works from the full itinerary, so a revised time or stop is absorbed into the plan instead of handed back to you as a new coordination problem.
Corporate Car Service in Kansas City | Your Passenger Can Reach the Chauffeur Directly.
When you arrange transportation for someone else, the pickup should not come back through you on the day.
Shortly before pickup, the chauffeur sends your passenger a courtesy text confirming arrival and where to meet. Because the message comes directly from the chauffeur, the passenger can reply if needed.
The passenger and chauffeur can reach each other directly when they need to find one another.
Executive Car Service in Kansas City | Sensitive Business Stays Private.
The chauffeur is part of the ride, not part of your business.
The time between meetings is still part of the workday. During business travel, you may need to make a call, review material or speak with a colleague before the next stop.
Some of those conversations involve clients, personnel, finances or strategy.
Tess takes confidentiality extremely seriously. A chauffeur may hear sensitive conversations in the course of the ride. Those conversations are private.
What’s said in the vehicle stays confidential. Period.
A few things worth knowing before you book with Tess
What should I send when arranging corporate transportation in Kansas City for someone else?
For corporate transportation, start with the passenger’s itinerary, pickup and destination details, timing, and any stops or changes you already know about. For multi-stop itineraries, include the full sequence rather than only the first pickup. It also helps to identify who Tess should contact if the plan changes.
Who should Tess contact if the itinerary changes?
Tell Tess who should make decisions about schedule changes: you, the passenger, or another designated contact. If you are coordinating visiting leadership or another guest from somewhere else, identifying that person up front gives Tess a clear contact when the itinerary changes.
Is my transportation confirmed as soon as I submit a request?
No. Submitting the booking form sends a transportation request to Tess. It is not an automatically confirmed reservation. If you are arranging private transportation for someone else, wait for Tess’s confirmation before treating the ride as confirmed.
How does billing work?
The confirmed transportation price is the amount that appears on the card statement for that reservation.
If the itinerary changes in a way that affects the price, Tess confirms the change through the appropriate contact so the person arranging the ride is not left reconciling an unexpected charge later.
